  • Personal Data: Any information related to an identified or identifiable natural person, such as name, email, phone, address, etc.
  • Sensitive Personal Data: Information related to racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs, political opinions, union membership, philosophical or political organization affiliation, health or sexual life data, genetic or biometric data, when linked to a natural person.

The Vigna Brasil Group collects and stores the following data:

  • Personal data: We collect and process personal data of (i) legal representatives of companies; (ii) technical representatives of companies; and (iii) employees, physically or digitally. Purpose: to fulfill the previously established contractual obligation, comply with legal and regulatory obligations, and respond to the data subject’s requests.
  • On the Website: We collect personal data provided by the user in the “CONTACT” – “WORK WITH US” section, such as name, phone, and email. Purpose: to create a registry; respond to the client’s initial contact request; respond to requests made by the data subject; select professionals, and send advertising campaigns and service promotions.
  • Sensitive personal data: We collect and process sensitive personal data of clients, third parties, and our employees (employees, freelancers, and service providers), such as image, fingerprint, bank details, marital status, race, education, tax data, social security data, health data, among others, provided by the respective data subjects and our clients, physically or digitally. Purpose: to meet our clients’ requests for services; fulfill the employment contract and/or service provision with our employees; use for security and monitoring of the employment contract; and comply with legal and regulatory obligations, as well as for use in the defense of judicial, administrative, or arbitration proceedings.
  • Anonymized Data: We collect and process anonymized data from clients, third parties, and our employees (employees, freelancers, and service providers), such as necessary, primary, and temporary cookies when you visit our website. Purpose: enable the functioning of the site, provide a good user experience, improve the quality of our services, establish language control, and session security. We recommend approving the use of cookies.
  • We collect and process anonymized data, and we share it with Google Analytics and Hotjar during the browser session.
